Dummy- funding something as ineffective as pre-K(which is simply the city throwing a bone to the union) by increasing taxes on the rich is terribly stupid reasoning. What exactly goes on in pre-k that parents shouldnt be doing themselves with their children?

Time will tell. The draw of New York isnt nearly what it used to be. It's 2013- for a 1%'er to claim residency in NY is actually pretty stupid if you ask me. Business can be done anywhere now.

Its a great place if you like drinking and smoking cigs....but if you don't know the language you will get home sick very fast.
