Interesting thoughts from you. So people feel like they are going to have heart attacks from ingesting this smoke from dark realms? This is your idea of fun. I think you need to reevaluate how you entertain yourself. Reality is tough for many of us but we should face it with a clear mind instead of using demonic intoxicants to make ourselves feel a way that escapes us naturally. Because then it gives these corporations free reign to go HAM and use weed like cigarettes and stuff it full of chemicals and other things. I don't want weed to be the new revenue stream for these piece of shyt companies. Budweiser Bud and shyt. Corrupting the nature of the herb and shyt

Plus then the gov't will tax the shyt out of it in order to profit from it. As I understand it, the way it is now is that dispensaries get taxed per ounce and that's pretty much it. Who knows what they'll try to do if it's legalized. We end up with $700 O's and shyt

Decriminalize small amounts and allow for medical dispensaries for anything more than like an O. Some sort of balance like that. If the DEA wants to kick in doors, kick it in for coke and crystal meth, and heroin aka the REAL killers.

it's not like budweiser is the only beer out there. there's 1000's of micro-breweries, imports, etc. the same with tobacco products

I don't think the dispensaries get taxed any different from any other business. you have to remember they're selling "medicine". there's a fee for the licence to operate, but other than that it just has regular sales tax

I think most experts agree the price would come down. there's no reason to think they would tax the fukk out of it like that. a lot of the current price has to do with the fact it's illegal. the dispensaries are kinda based on street prices, because that's what people are used to paying. but at the same time they offer a variety of pricing you won't find in the streets

ultimately it's virgin territory, and who knows how it will turn out. but it may happen in one or more of these states, and I don't think it will be a bad thing
