If you read his legal statement closely, he's basically throwing his wife under the bus. And, whenever the media has an excuse to ignore fukkery one of their golden boys is engaged in, they're going to take the bait.

Not that complicated, steroids are mostly a white & black people thing, not an Hispanic thing. It's passed around in those circles.
When I was a kid in my league it was all Hispanic players dominating. At 10 years old we had a kid who could throw it farther than grown men.
In highschool I was naturally stronger than all the whiteboys there wasn't a single one who'd try me. Only ones bigger were known to be on steroids.
Or in all those southern highschols. it's all black and white kids. you cant tell me theyre not getting fed steroids and growth hormone by their coaches. It's not a Hispanic thing.
