Machines are good and free weights are also good if used/programmed properly
They're good for beginners trying to get the movements down or if you're trying to isolate a certain body part
Just don't let machines become your crutch
Some of the newer machines are so intimidating...I look at ‘em and be like:
“wtf am I supposed to do with this thing?”

Give gym staff sumn to do besides stand around and look at pplCause its easier and ppl are lazy
Real question is WHY CAN'T nikkaS PUT WEIGHTS AND CLIPS BACK AFTER USING THEM, IT'S NOT THAT HARD!!!-
