Why Are There Only Ten Episodes Per Year For Game of Thrones

There's a piff limit that TV channels aren't allowed to go over per year, averaged over the past decade. HBO's piff quota stays full.. they've gotta chill out from time to time to let that shyt fall back to regular levels.
