Caping for a rapist saying he's innocent =/= advocating for equality in the justice system. I have no problem with people pointing out the staggering numbers of wrongful convictions and the disparity in sentencing lengths for black men as that is a huge issue in our justice system. But using Bill Cosby, someone who got 3-10 years for drugging and raping multiple women isn't doing that. There are hundreds of other examples we can point at to make those particular points, Bill Cosby is not one of them.

If you can’t differentiate between advocating for rape or caping for Cosby and questioning the system, then don’t quote me. This isn’t a victory for anyone or anything but the system that protects cacs.

I’m not caping for breh, I knew he was going to do time. The optics tho are what makes me disappointed. I will say this, the rumors about dude having some powerful enemies may be true as well. I mean your son gets his head blown off, and then you have a campaign started against you that leads to you being convicted and having to serve time in the penitentiary decades later...it’s like damn.
If you got raped tomorrow, would you wait decades to say or do something about it?
