I'm sure scientific consensus at the time denied the government giving certain blacks syphilis during the Tuskegee Experiments...

I just wanted to correct you (post from other thread)

The experiment wasn't; they were infected

But, they were infected, already, but; they were lied to and told they were gettin' treated, when they weren't being tested to see the effects, on the body.

The Public Health Service, working with the Tuskegee Institute, began the study in 1932. Nearly 400 poor black men with syphilis from Macon County, Ala., were enrolled in the study. They were never told they had syphilis, nor were they ever treated for it.

the military's Research Institute of Infectious Diseases had a section for Cancer and AIDS research and that stood out? that's the whole point of the division to research diseases

The whole point of me bringing that up was to illustrate that DoD is researching these diseases not to "discover cures and help people" but rather to figure out how to weaponize these things.

You can believe whatever you want, but the whole purpose of that guy taking my dad to the base was to prove to him that his skepticism was founded. The military is not spending billions of dollars to help people, I am convinced as was my father that Ft. Detrick is where these tests are being done.

I just know what our government is capable of and I wouldn't put it past them.
