Cali is, for lack of a better term, 'slow'. Maybe it was confined to where I was, Orange County, but the further West you go, the less 'street smart' people are.....if that makes any sense. The diversity out there makes them complacent, I think.

It's sorta like going down South to Georgia from NYC/Newark, but even the cats down there have some street sense Cali residents just don't have.....at least not in my experience, which is limited.​
