Because being a crip was trendy in the 90s when west coast rap was popular in the mainstream most of the popular gangata rappers came from crip sets. (or claimed them). Even the successful indy/underground gangsta rappers like C Bo, X Raided, Brother Lynch, etc were affiliated with crip gangs...

The rappers affiliated with blood sets were more low key about it then. In the mid 00s things switched... the difference being that the east and south trend hopped on it thru Game, The Dipsets, and Lil Wayne popularizing that bullshyt in the current era.

Bang or Ball is Mack 10's best album and showed Manny's range as a producer.

Not even.close to his best album. His first 2 were way better than that one. I'd even put The Recipe above that one.

Some jail shyt from a long time ago that was based off something that already existed in Texas.

Both of them have no type of pull outside.

When nikkas talk about The U, it’s one conversation & thats NYC so idk what the point of bringing up a 10 man jail alliance that nobody reps when they come home was.

False

They dumbed down their set to double their dollars. :manny:

My little brother was a blood in NJ. I used to look at him like :dahell: “nikkas is scared of you?!?”

Red > Blue

Everyone loves the color Red. Red draws more attention , People love attention . Everyone wanted to be the red ranger when we was play fighting. I don't remember nikkas fighting to be the blue ranger :mjlol:

The thing is anyone from anywhere can claim any gang. shyt I remember watching gangland years ago talking about crips in alaska and native American crips in South Dakota n shyt. It's not like you get a certificate of authenticity after you get jumped in or something. All you need is a group of like minded knuckle heads that want to wear blue and call themselves crips and there you have it. And unless another set go to war with em. Who's gonna stop em?

Alaska crips were running drugs up from the west coast to all those white addicts in Alaska. Not like a bunch of kids in Juneau decided to start playing gang banger.

Still pretty funny to hear about. Especially if you grew up in real hood environments. To me that's the equivalent of hearing about crips in Norway or some shyt :mjlol:

Vince staples basically said that Chris got put on when he was like 14 by the dudes he was learning to crump dancing with. I would think the whole country treating him like a hitler following the rihannah situation caused him to not give a damn about being inconspicuous.
:mjlol: whatever you talkin about he was probably trolling

I VIVIDLY remember Syd saying on twitter "i wonder what (breezy's) put on looked like"

This nikka Vince replied immediately

"Like a cash transaction"

Maaaaaaan :dead::dead::dead: that shyt had me past weak, this was years ago back when CB was runnin around with those fruit town bloods
