There's more leagues and more oppritunity to make millions in Soccer. Sure everyone isn't gonna be Ronaldo...but if I could go make $2million/year playing in Belgium

The NBA has the highest return on investment but they also have the smallest rosters. The average wage of premier league is about $3 million USD. But that's not even the only league in ENGLAND.

Yes the NBA MLB are higher but look there's 6 other leagues in world football where the average is roughly a million or more. That 6 times the chances to be a millionaire playing a sport...as opposed to one league, with limited roster space like the NBA...which is WHY they can make so much money.

There was a Real Sports episode within the last year that touched on the ridiculous cost of these high level youth soccer (and baseball/softball) teams. shyt was literally a salary.

This what happens when the barrier of entry relies on everything but talent.

American football is not popular outside of America and basketball is no where near the popularity of football.


Football is the most popular sport in the world.

CR7 and Messi are known across the world more than MJ or LeBron.

there's no practice/childhood games you could play like 21, or 500 in football. plus the way its televised, its never shown on sportscenter.

i wanted to like soccer as a kid, but no one played it. w/ baseball, it was hard to get around the equipment, but there was creative ways, get 10 kids together & you could play a pickup game w/ ghostmen on base.
