I smoke weed, eat mad fast food been drinking since I was 17 nightly and im still alive

egg whites, wheat toast and fruit for breakfast

carrots and wheat thins for snacks thruout the day

always drink water, no more soda. i indulge in ice tea once or twice a week though

lunch is always a lean cuisine, subway type hoagie or something

dinner is veggies and grilled chicken salad or grilled chicken on wheat bun with lettuce and tomato

forman grill and steamer veggies keep a nikka right for the low and low cooking time

i do fukk up sometimes though...im human.

and i stay in the gym though
