Yeah, Vince is looking every bit of his age and then some. As vain as he is no wonder he ain't trying to be on tv a lot anymore.
Honestly though, I get where the OP is coming from. It's like that elder relative you ain't seen in a minute but because you used to see them all the time you got this image of them in your head based off your memories. But then, there's a family reunion or wedding or something and you see them for the first time in forever and it's a shock to see how small and old they look. Like, you knew intellectually they had aged, but you hadn't been around to see it hits you hard that first time.

Yo, it's so funny you posted this pic b/c she claims she's had zero procedures and her new face is the result of lifestyle changes, LOL. She was so up in her feelings about folks commenting on her new face that she wrote a whole article talking about the media speculation and saying (and this is a direct quote) "I did not make a decision to alter my face and have surgery on my eyes."
