I have talked to dudes from other countries (Europe, Phillipines, South America) they say Kobe is still talked about like MJ over there with Bron not being as popular because of his ugly game. .

thats the soccer influence......unlike American sports soccer basically has no stats except goals.......thus to get any idea of whose good and who ain't you actually have to watch the game

people in Europe and Asia aren't box score whores like Americans......they actually watch the games and appreciate talent........Bron's game is too ugly to appeal to a worldwide audience that grew up watching the beautiful game rather than American football

Americans like watching nikkas rummage into the lane and hoist up ackward layups. The rest of the world appreciates the grace and elegance Kobe plays the game. Its gonna be interesting in the next decade or so when more of the world gets online and joins in on these debates. It'll be interesting to see how the view on Kobe changes when cacs find out that their opinions are universally shared by other folks around the world.

This is an interesting analysis friend, I'm in Europe and I don't know many Lebron fans. Hardly any actually, whether in my generation (30ish) or the younger one. People respect his game, but fans? Not really.

Bron's game is all about strength and power. He's a runaway locomotive and sure seeing a guy jump really high and throw it down with power is fun but thats the only part of his game that is fun. His post moves are ackward so is his jumper.

You'll never see him pull of plays as graceful as Kobe does. Kobe simply has a much more beautiful game to watch. Hence the reason he's more popular.
