Laced with fear toxin. According to the viral marketing for TDK, after the events in BB and before he was caught, he was basically a myth in Gotham. Nobody knew about his whereabouts. Anyway, I voted Scarecrow. I'm glad that he's become more of a fan favorite and has started to get more recognition from even casual fans. Well deserved. His episodes on BTAS are underrated. Not only can he make Batman turn into the equivalent of a whimpering baby, but he can also take away that fear and make Bats not afraid to kill. I can't wait to see what he's got cooking in Arkham Knight. It's going to be some demonic shyt.
