Flash and Sonic are the only ones keeping that offense in the game because their speed is not a technique, it’s just physical speed and that makes a difference. They both have faster than light speed and much more important, the ability to perceive and act within that speed frame. Surfer can’t do that despite being faster than light too. And only Goku has teleportation with instant transmission but he needs time to perceive his destination. It’s why he doesn’t really use it to fight and Vegeta wasn’t impressed with it in combat. So because there is no time stopper on defense to handle Flash and Sonic, they alone make this offense viable because the rest of the O is either stalemated or washed. They would have to run that shyt more than the Sanchez Jets.
