Wall never led his team by himself. In the last few seasons he's had the best team a PG can be surrounded by in the East.

Give Wall the Cavs last season and they don't make the playoffs.
Give Kyrie the Wizards last season and not only do the make the playoffs but they also make the ECF as well.
