i dont know about yall but i dont see Cell's appeal

in terms of villain

2)Vegeta(Saiyan/Namek sagas)
3)Recoome
4)Nappa
5)Cell
6)Raditz
7)Buu(all forms)

Might have to agree with this. I think I liked Cell before he became perfect.

I liked Recoome too. TBH, when rewatching DBZ, the Ginyu Force were the best part of the Freeza Saga. Their personality and crazy ass introductions were fun. Breath of fresh air compared to all the other villains "mwahaha I am serious and evil, time to take over the world/universe" attitude.

android 17 and 18 were great underrated villains (especially in history of trunks) they stood out because they were just some jaded teenagers that wanted to have a good time, they didn't give a fukk

I could of sworn that i remember goku saying that he could of destroyed fat buu easily, but he wanted his kids and everyone else alive to save the earth for once.

the only advantage i give Mystic Gohan is that he wasn't using up as much energy as SSJ3 goku. I really don't know who's stronger though, lol.
