It's Ham's overhelping scheme. They lost so many games last year doing the same shyt. Up two you stay home on shooters and let Luka take a difficult layup over AD. It's not complicated.

All of those mid range floaters and shots that you see from Reaves is because of Ad screens.
The problem is he can't get AD the ball and they take the ball out of Dlos hands in late game situations.
