DLO has regressed, and the bench is the worst in the NBA.

Cam reddish was the best bench player tonight. Max and Gabe don’t look like NBA players and they are the first 2 off the bench

I don’t think Redikk is coaching bad tbh but I also don’t think he can do much more with this team than Ham. This roster is just inexplicably terrible. So much dead weight. You look at how the young guys on Golden State are coming into their own—since Reaves not a single young dude on this team has developed or become a remotely serviceable player. I thought scouting was the Lakers thing? DLo has taken a step back somehow. And all their free agents/trades like Gabe and Reddish are just flat out garbage.

Weirdos can keke about a 40 year old Bron not being able to carry but realistically speaking you have to wonder how Rob Pelinka still has a job. There was nothing noteworthy enough about this team to run it back for another season. This team has had the same exact problems for 4 years now (no shooting, bad perimeter/transition D masked by AD, little to no half court shot creation/ playmaking/microwave guys to support Bron and AD during cold stretches) and the front office remains intact.

Team has not been balanced since 2021 and even that team was missing a microwave scorer that's why they blew it up for Russ.

I think if the Lakers had a real 2 way shooting guard every thing would fall in place. For example if they had a prime KCP or even Caruso you could send Reaves to the bench and that unit would get way better.
