I got this weird feeling that Big Show saying that was Big Show heeling and that he was just referring to himself. I hope not.

It's not gonna be Brock or Cena, they could get anything they want from WWE if they still wanted to wrestle.

CM Punk or Batista are possible. I know Batista complained a lot about being restricted in WWE but loving wrestling. Either of those guys would be great additions to AEW. Christian doesn't have the star power that those guys do but he'd be good to have on the roster also.

I hope it's not Kurt, he's completely washed. Foley too.

I would be really happy to see Christian getting a proper final run but he's definitely not a "huge, huge star". Not many names actually fits that bill besides Batista, Cena, Lesnar or Punk and I don't see any of them signing with AEW.
So either he's overhyping the fukk out of that or it's a retired legend but I don't see him saying an old dude who has no business in the ring is gonna sign a multi year contract.
It's really intriguing anyway, I hope we won't be disappointed.

They gotta be careful with these sort of things as they are recipes for disaster unless they are able to deliver. Tony Khan is pretty close to the pulse of wrestling fans in 2021, moreso than Vince at least, so he has to know they have to deliver.
