The best player on the best team in the second best basketball league in the world is Kendrick fukking Nunn. The NBA is hands down the best basketball league in the world. Comparing it to soccer or any other sport/competition where there is much more parity and ability to debate is disingenuous. If this was a soccer debate about the Champions League and Americans tried to insert themselves on some "what about the MLS" they'd be laughed out of the room because everyone with sense knows there is no comparison when it comes to soccer. Nobody with a straight face would proclaim that Real Madrid couldn't claim themselves as best in the world if the second-best soccer league was the MLS. We all would rightfully assume it and wouldn't NEED to see it play out to know it's true.
