Modern NBA players the most insecure weirdos of all global athletes and it ain't close. Hate the oldheads who came before them and made the NBA into a global platform that they get to profit off of historically now in the present, hate the fans who effectively pay out those record breaking contracts for them, hate the media for disqualifying them from end-of-season awards when they can't be bothered to play even half of their 82 game season, hate any other athlete who dares to talk even the slightest amount of shyt (like literally anyone with half a competitve bone in their body does ALL THE TIME) or rebuff their own lame ass social media trolling.

this whole thing about "world champions" is literally semantics. There isnt a single team overseas that would beat the '24 Celtics. The NBA has the best collection of overseas talent. Just because you don't beat Jokic and Bogdan Bogdanovic and Nemana Bjelica at the same time doesnt mean you're not world champs.
