Deadpool really can't be killed it seems. I remember when he tried to piss the Hulk off enough to have him kill him. But...still regenerated.
Spidey is talented enough to defeat him though. Incapacitate him. Since he can regenerate, he doesn't have to hold back either. So..yeah.

Same thing i was thinking. But Deadpool doesnt give a shyt bro. He is going for Peter Parker's head. Spidey has the tools to beat him, but this is a toss up the more i think about it.
The only time I saw D.Pooly take that life L was in Age of Apocalypse. Nightcrawler jumped on that nikka's shoulders, and teleported away with his gotdamn head

Lets pretend...i know this is hard to do....but lets pretend that Spidey was bout that life. Does he have what it takes to even seriously hurt the Merc with a Mouth?
spidey don't stand a chance g. this is more stacked than batman vs. superman. deadpool would be spinning katana's, shredding his webs and throwing grenades everywhere while singing some celine dion joint.
