1. Frank - dude is gonna pay his rent, and him not liking drugs isn't a big deal. Just smoke outside or when he isn't home. and not to mention i have other friends to satisfy my humor. Loyalty is important and perhaps the best perk is that he can help you find better employment.
2.Ali - I say this because socially she's the best bet. Her being pretentious isnt that bad because people can be pretentious without being stuck up. Also helping you live healthy and get a decent girl is really cool. And based on what field you are trying to get into popularity might actually be a big plus.
3.Hemish/Chad - say what you want about dude being gay, if there are wall separating throw the headphones on. I have a no sex in common areas rule with anyone i live with so i won't see that. Also being clean is a mega plus. Chad is a tie cuz even though he's super messy access to rich parents and a free ride is A1. And idgaf if girls think he's creepy...they never have to see him i have a room for that...
