Are you retarded? Why in the fukk would Bruce Lee get into a grappling position with Mike Tyson who is clearly stronger than him? I swear, MMA has clouded yall brains into thinking every fight has to eventually end up on the ground. I already stated in one of my very first posts in this thread that if Bruce Lee placed a well timed kick to the kneecap (one of the vulnerable spots on the body), it would be a wrap.

Exactly. The basis of that quote is the same as saying someone could spend 20 years in school and never learn anything, whereas another person can spend a year, but soak up everything that was taught to them.

It seems that the main arguments people are using in favor of Tyson are :

1) Tyson is bigger and stronger
2) Tyson is one of the most physical imposing and skilled heavyweights of all time
3) Bruce Lee is a joke

The only one of these that truly matters in a fight is #2, and like what has been stated over and over, boxing is limited in the fact that not only do you have to be at close range, your fists are your only offense. I'm just really shocked at the number of people who believe Tyson would beat Bruce Lee. But then again, those same people think Rick Ross would whoop Floyd Mayweather and that Suge would've beat any regular cat off the street's ass (before he got knocked the fukk out).

Tyson had the speed, power and skill to devastate other fighters who've trained all of their life and were bigger than him. I'd love to see videos of this magical knee kick that ends fights, especially with a size disparity of 70 to 100 lbs. The videos I do see of a larger man getting beat by a smaller man is usually when the smaller man is significantly more skilled, and in this case there is no huge skill disparity between Bruce Lee.

My point about him having no grappling experience is that for him to even have a chance thats what he would need for me to even a consider a ridiculous matchup like this. Grappling like Judo or Jiu Jitsu is not all about strength but who has more leverage. Bruce would want to trip or throw mike into a position he has no clue about to either choke him to sleep or break a limb. Im sure if Bruce Lee was a olympic Gold Medal Judoka/ 150lb actor in a street fight where both are clothed he could dump michael on his head for a KO. All those situations are very realistic for a 150lb fighter vs 220lb fighter
