What does that tell you? what does that little forumula tell you? It tells me that if bruce lee coulden't throw a punch properly how is he gonna defend himself against a world class puncher.

but WHAT YOU not gettin in ur head is BOXING aint the only form of effective fighting....RIGHT?..so in a STREET FIGHT...NOT a boxing ring...a MASTER at another form of fighting...ESPECIALLY WITH FEET AND WEAPONRY...which is a weakness in boxing...will have a HARD time..

Now as an art itself, Kung Fu may be less effective than boxing in the mma ring and as far as throwing punches boxing's technique >>>> any other with the hands. But there are techniques in all martial arts that can score a knockout in professional fights. If you can pull something off to surprise the opponent, you're one step ahead.
