sure this has been done but here are clips

Trinidad was a beast w/a strong left hook and killer combos

Quartey had one of the better jabs and powerful right hand

both had good boxing fundamentals and both had a habit of getting dropped and getting up to fight even harder. I say Trinidad by SD ... but Quartey was special

I'll pick Tito with a come from behind stoppage here. Ike wins a bunch of rounds off his jab, maybe Tito goes down early from a straight right, probably in the 2nd round as he often did, and then Tito rallies and stops Ike in the mid to late rounds

Quartey was drawn into a war with DLH... same would happen with Tito N things would not end well

Tito looks like trash early ... his stamina relentlessness N Power gets him the W

Sounds like the Charlo approach, but I agree.

Hell, I think Tito stops him late.

Ike leaves himself open too much in exchanges, plus he don't have the size and toughness Winky has to reinforce that jab. If he fought Tito 10 times, he might win like 3 of them, but dude would have to be perfect and I doubt that happens for 12 rounds, 10 times.

I wouldn't bet on Ike. Oscar had that nikka too hurt for me to think he beating Tito.

Yes, but could Tito have survived the bombs Oscar landed on Ikr?

Tito lost that fight, btw (damn those judges)

Winner of this dream bout fights a motivated Jose luis Lopez (rematch for Ike)
