Your reading my words but your not hearing me

Yes SRR would best Pacquiao no doubt but it's not about that

For Example Pacquiao and mayweather have fought some of the same opponents and Pacquiao has beaten them worse and faster then mayweather has yet mayweather still beat Pacquiao lol

So using your logic mayweather should of lost to Pacquiao.

This about style not about who can beat who.

And what I'm saying is the mayweather style is to make great fighters look average by adjusting and neutralizing them. He would feel out SRR in the first 3 rounds like he always does and win a 12 round by decision.
Marquez beat Manny which ruined this fight because you call he was still thinking about that knockout. Had this fight happened 5 years ago Manny would have took more risk and the fight would have better.

This may be true. However, 5 years ago mayweather would of had a better chance knocking him out too.

Uncertain grounds
Ward, Rigondeaux or Crawford.

But It'll probably be someone not even from the list, some dude just popping up out of nowhere like Manny did.

its surprising how boxing works...then we have fighters GGG who are literally bubbling at the surface waiting for a true name to face him to solidify his status..in a right world Cotto-GGG would take place and a changing of the guard at MW happens

rigo only has a small window of his physical prime left..dude is getting old and hes at 122..lower weights are never kind to aging fighters

This is actually the perfect environment for a guy to come out of no-where to surprise everyone and establish himself as the best of the gen.

A lot of good-very good fighters, a couple great ones, but no clear cut answer. This means that all the guys currently in the convo, well at least a good amount of them based on weight class, could end up on one guy's resume to make it unfukkwithable. It may be unlikely..but the dominoes are there to fall with enough time left in most of their careers for a guy to step up and take them out.

andre ward will inherit the p4p

as far as best fighter of their generation, that's Floyd Mayweather, he's extended his reign pass his generation until the next, Robert Garcia is only two years older than Floyd lol

people fail to realize the significance of Floyd Mayweather's career and what's he accomplished, there is no one in sight who can duplicate that
Floyd was already an ATG at the age of 26, putting gary russell who is 26 and Lomachenko up there who is 27, is just disrespectful, because they've accomplished absolutely nothing great

the next great talent in that regard for the young generation hasn't been discovered yet in the amateurs or just isn't on anybody's radar yet

Rigo and Ward might go back in forth with p4p, but they're already in their 30's

Rigo's 34, he don't got that much time left, ward's 31, they're not exactly spring chickens

Mayweather's retirement is looming and boxing is probably looking for the next big thing. Lomachenko and Crawford are the current frontliners. Broner too if he stop being an idiot douchebag. Ward could be it if he finally comes out from his semi-retirement and be active as much as possible.

I didn't add Rigondeaux because his window is shorter now.

NEG pending...unless i get a reasonable explanation for the lack of Deontay Wilder in this thread
