but jbl was hated because he worked for you to HATE HIM. he was hated for in the ring and kayfabe reasons. its why i saw he was one of the GOAT heels of this times.

hhh? he was just a fukking fakkit

No. What you described was every heel role dating back to the 70s. JBL was hated because he was goddamn career tag team wrestler who suddenly suck Vince's dikk, ripped off Dibiase's gimmick, and had a long, long, long title reign back when SD was a hot bed of talent such as Edge(before he sucked in 05), Eddie, Rey(before roids), a young Cena, etc. You could complain about HHH but at least he was a Main Eventer with legitimacy. I was thinking during JBL's reign how the fukk is this at best mid carder still holding on to this belt. It was getting ridiculous. HHH during 03 was a little irritating because there was times where storyline he should have dropped the belt to guys like Booker and Goldberg. But my all time most hated heel was yokozuna. He was the first heel with a long reign since I had started. I legit hated him and his matches where he had guys in chinlocks for at least five minutes.

HHH...I didn't watch wrestling at all from 02-05.

after always going over mick.

plus fixing the promotion to fail and fall out of the boom period singlehandidly.

i really did not watch consistently for longer than that.

I was probably one of the few people sold on Austin as a heel in 2001. He was right, it was like John Wayne playing a Nazi--except Austin made it believable.

cripple ache was worse than jbl.

jbl was actually entertaining, as a character.

while, inring he ramped up for as good as he could when he channelled the good from his james hawk bradhaw days inring.

when hhh was going over you got used to the lack of moveset.

so jbl's errwnt workrate fit right into what cripple ache had programmed into the me scene workrate wise.
not to mwntion his ring attire was out of ache's play book as well.

yet,.. when it emulated ache's reign in longevity with no actual matches most times to back it up,..i turned it off.

anyway,..here is what keith had to say today.

about hhh when asked out of the fanmail grab bag.

Hey Scott -
*
I wanted to ask you if you could provide some specific examples of when HHH utilized his backstage power either to his own benefit or to the detriment of someone else (or both).* I've heard it said several times that HHH "used his stroke backstage to change event ABC or bury opponent XYZ", but I've never really heard anything specific on what he actually did.
*
I'm assuming a lot of this happened in 2002-2005, when he ran roughshod over the entire roster - but again, I'm basing that on hearsay and second-hand knowledge.* Can you shed some light on the subject?
**
Sure!

2002: *Had the RAW World title created for himself because he felt he was above the I-C title. *Changed the finish of his match with RVD at Unforgiven so he went over cleanly. *Changed the finish of the match with Kane to unify the IC and World titles so that he went over. *Killed Bubba Dudley's singles push because he didn't want to work with him. *

2003: *Changed the finish of the match with Booker T so that he went over because he wanted to save the big win for Goldberg. Killed Booker T's push and had Kevin Nash pushed into the World title program for three months instead. Changed the date of the match with Goldberg from mid-summer to Summerslam so it would be built up more. *Changed the finish of Summerslam from Goldberg going over to Goldberg losing so that it could be built up even more. *

2004: *Squashed Eugene like a bug once it was turning into a hot act. *I mean, would anyone else in wrestling get threatened by the RETARDED BABYFACE and then book himself to beat him to within an inch of his life? *That's our HHH. *Booked himself to end Randy Orton's first World title run after only a month so that Taboo Tuesday would have a heel champion defending against three potential babyface challengers. *

Anyway, there's the first 10 or so examples off the top of my head. *

note,..how quick scott replies with sure!

to the fanletter question and can cite the years and details.

Your factual wrong on many levels. First off, JBL sucks period. Always had and always will. From the Blackjacks to APA he was never good enough where you would go " you know what, that guy should hold the title for a 9 months" There was nothing original or innovative about his character. His stable was laughable. HHH's work with Austin, Rock, Angle, Foley are 10x better then anything JBL did in his reign how could you say he didnt have any matches? Second, Keith Scott? We using irrelevant ass bloggers from early 2000 to make points now? Everything he responded to outside of the Booker/Goldberg is :usure: status. Bubba and Eugene were hot, money drawing commodities? And I firmly remember that raw match where bubba was blown up and dead weighting the entire match. The HW title was inserted because of the whole Brock, brand extension, SD exclusive shyt. Boreton got that title way too soon and was an absolute disaster to the point where he was getting boo'd.

dawg,..i am older tha. you.

i was watching when bradshaw was a damn good bigman bf, amd his come up to be nwa champion.

after wcw disbanded from the nwa.

so i know how he wound up, in the wwf.

originally he was a decent draw and one of the better big men workers as a face.

i noticed you did not know who hawk was, as well.

plus vince's way of purposefullya and typically burying any past nwa champion.

as he buried chris candido who was nwa hw chsmpion as well.

nor the significance of bradshaw and faaroq together as a tag team.

or why it worked when they were paired together than other groups in that time period.

learn ya history duke,....

bradshaw when put in an exact role to draw.

could always draw and be entertaining, and me level.
cripple ache never had bradshaw's bf or heel appeal without politics.

cripple ache was never a hopeful in bradshaw's grade originally either.

also,..lol at you trying to dispute timeline facts and scott keith.

your rant is not factually supported,..b!!

:stopitslime:
Stop lying you werent paying attention to fukking Bradshaw in his territorial days in Texas. How did you follow him? I can look up wikipedia too. And he didnt win the nwa title he won the intercontinental equivalent. As if anything NWA post WCW mattered anyway. But lets get to the bigger point. Are you going to sit here and say that Bradshaw was a bigger draw then HHH? :wow:
