All are close, but I’ll say Jordan mainly because of his sneakers. I think that what put him over the top on popularity.

Yeah but Mike surpassed him in the 80’s, which was the beginning of his decline, not “fall off” like I said earlier. A decline isn’t falling off. Mike’s star what just shone brighter.
In the 80s, I can't say that. Coming off back to titles and a 3rd straight Finals trip in 89. Nah, can't agree with that.
