What does baddest mean?

Some guys are focused more on sex appeal than looks. One woman can be prettier but not have much sex appeal as a lesser attractive woman.

Basically where a guys lower head and eyes part ways theoretically(every guy has 2 votes really and they're not always in agreement). I only say that because Free has alot of votes and it's obvious why(yes she's attractive but her face is not #1)
