Not my personal choice, but the most logical is the Master of Time, Kang The Conquer to unite the X-men and MCU universes together and probably end multiple realities to keep casuals from feeling overwhelmed.

Just remember, Engame is set around a time heist. If they could of thought a million better ways to end Phase 3. It wouldn't use a convoluted and nearly Jumping the Shark with time travel. They could of written a handful of better stories without the need of time travel. Yet, they deliberately introduced time travel and separate realities as a way set up for Phase 4 and bring FOX Marvel and MCU together. What villian can unite these guys... Kang The Conqueror.

Sadly, I hear a lot of fan suggestion of making Kang The Conqueror an alternate reality Tony Starks that loses at the at the Endgame again(Alos loses Peppers, his daughter, Peter Parker, and etc in this alternate snap + Kills Doctor Strange himself) and goes mad and drops off Kang from his name and simply becomes to TheConqueror. I like that idea, but feels fanfiction territory and cheap to bring back RDJ like that.

Fans are to smart. For casuals it will be epic for the end of the phase to be the first return of rdj after another ten years fighting for his family but going mad and being trumped by the motivations of doom using molecule man

Will admit. Bringing back RDJ as villain would break the bank tho. It's better than using Iron Lad by 1000x, but it would really cheapen Tony's death. If they wanted to stretch this out to 2 phases. I feel like that is enough time for the dust to settle and people crave for RDJ to come back and pull an NWO heel turn as Kang..

Tony sitting at the end of time trying to stop the death of the multiverses from incursions to save his family but losing himself along the way and deciding to conquer all time cuz, tony knows best while doom seeks to destroy all multiverses to save reality and absorb/rebuild total existence with molecule man as his sidekick

Doom beats tony and destroys all multiverses but loses to young Franklin Richards avengers and company for the next single universe saga.

I don't like this rumor about Justin Hammer being a stand in for Osborn if Sony doesn't want to lend him back to Marvel, that would be wack af.

Eh, I wouldn't hate it. Sam Rockwell is cool and I liked him in IM2. But they did make him a bit of an incompetent in that movie so he seems like not a good choice.
