I've done contract work on and off for years and I was always told a couple months before whether my contract was being re-upped or not so I had time to look for other work while finishing out the contract.
They aren’t cutting anyone, they just won’t renew contracts.
Edit: Also y’all keep naming people who are friends of EVPs or do backstage work. People like that ain’t going no where.
