Not bigger.....there sculpting is just better overall. That is where the they can take out more CCs comes from. Most of those girls that go to DR to folks like yilly want the small waist cause almost no one sculps a waist as small as she does.

The DR folks also perfected being able to do incisions in the arm pits and pubic hair so there are no incision scars that folks can see. Helps on sistas cause they are more prone to keloid up.

So yes many of the women go for more CCs to put in. But just as many go to get more CCs taken out and to get the micro waists. Also most of the american doctors learned their sculpting technic from mexican, DR and Brazilian doctors.

I only know Florida as having CC restrictions and that's cuz they don't require you to be a plastic surgeon to do plastic surgery.

As far as being aggressive with the lipo, it's usually only a plus for fat chicks who should actually be losing weight before having the surgery. So yea, of course they're excited but they look bad with linebacker arms/shoulders and a Barbie waist - like that's where a plastic surgeon should turn them down or use cosmetic discretion to balance it out. Also, many of those waists and hips (the fat transfer hips almost never look natural) look so disproportional - again, this gives me pause cuz I don't know if the dr's are doing a copy and paste one size fits all with their patients or just giving in to the requests of the patients.

I don't know, as someone who has a balanced shape, those over the top sculpting jobs, basketball asses and torpedo t*ts (still haven't seen a doc who does good breast jobs and assess in the dr...) aren't attractive to me - but I ain't the one paying these women's bills after surgery so I'm sure they could give a fukk.

Plastic surgery don't cost what it used to

For real, when I was a kid a tit job was a major investment, I remember hearing $25K at one time. Now every career stripper in town can afford it.

I feel you. In the end it is about the doctor you are comfortable with and the shapes they are known for.

As far as the scultping it isnt really fat women who are trying to lose the weight it is for the women who want to have a small waist (some times the arch or scoop that they make in the lower back as well). I have seen women who were slinder but had a some stomach but wanted a tiny waist like brittany renner. Sure enough they got one by going to DR.

When I went to yilly's office she was actually making women with waists like bernice burgos (who also got her work done in DR) which the other doctors in DR are known for as well.

I deal with these females who wander in my vape store and what I have overheard over time is...

1. Tricks - quite a FEW females do trick on BP, Listcrawler, etc to finance these surgeries. You would be seriously concerned to find quite a few women hoeing in the Trump Age since benefits are smashed to nothing and they don't have any job market skills. Mostly all of these females live at home or with extended family so they don't pay rent. Some do live with the "BF" but will actively have other tricks or are on the hunt on POF heavy trick hunting.

2. Mexico - low tier females in this lifestyle go to Mexico to get the surgeries done. Real fukking hit or miss. Or get black market buttshots and yes this is a trend I also see here in WA.

3. Taking out loans - Student Loans are used, Personal Bank Loans and very high APR on Credit Cards. Usually females getting this surgery take out loans with capped out rates due to state law.

4. Simps - Lots of white men and some latino pay for this shyt and these women blow out QUICK after they get their ass or breast job then it's really on to their more critical target. Had a female who got some dude she was seeing to pay for her ass....she would come into my vape store and figured out I was the owner then really tried to get at me....said she is looking for a man to give her and I fukking quote...

"To support my lifestyle and give me the guidance I need".

No thanks.
