I like the Knicks defense I think they can lock up and cause problems for the pacers. On offense just get into the paint on the pacers and good things will open up. Knicks can throw bodies at Hali will b interesting how they guard him.
Saikim this is your series to step up he needs to get it going early. Start mid range and work your way out. Same with Turner idk if Robinson is playing but those two had to dominate the matchups.

One thing I am looking at is how Knicks were able to only have a 6 man rotation agains the Sixers because they play the same slow pace as them. But playing the Pacers who play fast as hell the entire 48 minutes, can Thibs get away with doing the same thing?

I have been in here multiple times and said Thibs can’t manage a large roster. If there are more than 8 (maybe 9) guys who deserves minutes. More than that and he has trouble figuring out who to play with whom.

Are the only people getting minutes, and that leans into who Thibs is as a coach. Maybe we see Burks or Sims if there is an injury or foul issues, but 8 is an ideal Thibs rotation win or lose. If the Pacers run those 8 out of the gym, they were going to run them out of the gym regardless.

I don’t think he can. You have to use bodies this series keep guys fresh. You relying on your defense and rebounding to win you games. The offense will take care of itself. Keeping them out the paint especially TJ McConnell. Switching stopping the break. You need fresh legs to do it for a full 48. They have the right personnel to matchup but you keep guys fresh and when the pacers make mistakes get out on the run look for easy baskets.
If the Knicks guard the perimeter, and limit Indy's fast break opportunities, this should be their series to win.
