I'm going with Brandy for their debuts. Monica's joint wasn't no slouch but that first eponymous album from Brandy was perfect and hasn't aged at all. I'm talking about the deep cuts that weren't even released as singles. The production and instrumentation was impeccable.

Now, if we're comparing Monica's After the Storm to whatever Brandy had out around that time (Afrodisiac???) then Monica easily takes that.

Both - these albums were pretty flawless front to back and both of their best projects. Brandy might edge out Monica as Miss Thang was longer and has a few skips.
