I'm an engineer and I do photography on the side, (ive been featured in complex magazine). I can use the place as a studio and I could also rent the space to other photographers or rent it out for parties. I've seen that done before.


Anyways stop trying to count my money, that's not the thread is about.

Yeah I graduated in 2010, this is not for me I would rather be an artist. I have a show coming up next month and I might be doing some things with Vice and GQ magazine so well see where that goes. The manufacturing Industry is pretty much dead if you live in a big city so its going to be hard for me to go places in this career. I'm definitely not going to waste the best years of my life living in the middle of nowhere.
