even people who are cheating agree to additional testing just out of pride and end up getting caught.

the real issue came after pacquaio (really bob arum) took floyd to court like a bytch.

Manny was never against testing.. there was already testing.. his concern with the cuttoff was that in an earlier fight(at a lighter weight) he felt giving blood close to the fight weakened him.. He agreed to unlimited urine and to be blood tested immediately after the fight...

No Floyd didn't back off anything... They saw an episode of 24/7 pac/hatton showing Pac giving blood that "aired" two weeks before the fight.. So when Pac was asking for a cuttoff they got the idea for two weeks from that footage... It turned out that the footage only aired two weeks before the fight.. It actually took place 24 days before the fight, so Pac stood firm on a 24 day cuttoff for blood and agreed to unlimited urine all the way up to the fight and he would agree to be blood tested immediately after the fight...

There was nothing outrageous about the 50-50(Pac was champ.. #1 p4p.. Floyd retired for 2years), ring size, or the gloves.. the only way a 10 mill per pound would be outrageous is if Floyd cant make 147.. Floyd maliciously came in over the agreed upon 144 against JMM to gain an edge over a fighter coming up from 135lbs.. Floyd can make 147 no problem, we just didn't want him to try that bullshyt again. Pac never been linked to steroids and never tested positive for anything illegal... Pac asking for cuttoff date for all the extra envasive random unlimited testing Floydie wanted so he could feel less insecure was pretty much Pac telling Floyd to go fukk himself..
