i just got sick of discussing boxing with racist idiots. thats no disrespect to people on here, this forum is great, but i just got sick of talking about it. the mayweather/pac saga ruined literally every forum. this place is a safe haven

The other reason is honestly, i have two distrobution deals and and a re-release of my back cetelogue plus my huge debut studio album "street champion" while securing distrobution for my own label. I am VERY VERY busy, not to mention i work a 9-5, im back with my baby mama and as we speak my son and i are building a lego playset. I am just very busy, but the best way to get me involved is just to tag me. I am no genius but i can help bring insight .

you have a front foot pivot whenever you transfer your body weight over your front foot.

when you have entered into your pivot you can safely move back and away from any punch at any time by pressing down and pushing off of your front foot.

or you can integrate your punches into your pivot. you can punch when you are entering into your pivot in one smooth motion or you can add in some hesitation before you punch to force a fighter to have to guess when you are going to punch when you have already entered into your pivot.

adding in some hesitation before you punch forces a fighter to have to treat every time you have entered into your pivot like you are going to punch from it even when you dont because of the way that adding hesitation makes your pivot look like any punch can always come out of it at any time. it turns your pivot into a feint. it turns every time you enter into your pivot into a feint and it turns just being in your pivot into a feint.

or you can press down and push off of your front foot to move back and away from punches and counter in the same motion.

every time you have entered into your pivot you can press down and push off of your front foot to safely move back and away from punches, punch, feint, or counter all from the same motion.
