Shanny had to deal with alot of adversity tho: rookie qb, rookie rb, rookie backup qb, injuries to half his defense, best WR hurt for the 1st half of the season, TE and safety net Fred Davis gone for most of the season, team started 3-6 and he received alot of flack for comments that made it seem like he "quit" on the season when in reality he was lighting a fire under the players, and you guys know the end result...Idk if he's is the sole reason for these personnel moves but the acquisition of RG3, kirk cousins, Alfred Morris, Kai Forbath

How the fukk is Kubiak getting votes? Dude is TRASH...team is stacked and had an easy schedule but still choked in the end. Arians or Carroll for me....Shanahan did a great job too second half of the season.

Look at the dates of the posts the Texans were 11-2 at the time and seemingly in position to run away with the conference. Same reason why Shanahan wasnt mentioned back then cause the Skins were only 7-6 and not assured to have made the playoffs, which is why threads like these probably shouldnt be made until the end of the season, so much happens week-to-week let alone 3 weeks.
