i would say joker and galactus, by their very design, are easily the most terrifying.

joker is evil personified. no greater incentive, no skewed perspective... just a guy that finds innate pleasure in chaos and destruction. imagine there was someone out there that was so evil and so twisted that things like murder and torture was met with violent laughter. oh and did I mention he's also a villainous mastermind with at least half the criminal presence in gotham under his thumb and zillions of dollars at his disposal from countless bank robberies?



galactus on the other hand is terrifying because like someone said earlier, it's really just nature. he's only feeding. he needs to eat your planet in order to survive. so yea... your planet is basically fukked.

Isnt he really only terrifying because Batmans dumb azz refuses to kill em though?Not only refuses to kill him but refuses to take responsibility and make sure he stays locked up at least...batman really must get a kick out of jokers fukkery like the rest of us...he's a typical serial killer but with no consequences.

his image of a clown combined with killing people does make him terrifying though.....i'd say Magneto based on his powers alone,pretty sure he could destroy the planet if and everybody on it if he felt like it...sure he hasnt yet far as i know,but he didnt rip wolverines metal off on first site either...he just needs a push
