What Doom did to Valeria in Unthinkable was pretty fukking bad...it was so evil, selfish, and petty all at once. Pure Doom fans hated how far he went to get back at Reed and gain that magic control.

Sinister masqueraded as a fake Schindler type in Germany in the Nazi death camps just to take them from one hell to one even worse..as his human guinea pigs. Just no absolve whatsoever.

Yup, damn near every other villain has been portrayed in a positive light at some point, but Red Skull is continually depicted as evil as fukk. Even other villains hate Red Skull.

Doom commits evil acts but writers tend to fall back on "Yeah but he had a good reason for doing it" as a cop out. A lot of writers straight up ignore "Unthinkable" where he sold his first loves soul to gain power and turned her flesh into new armor.
