Who is the better spot-up shooter: Ray Allen or Klay Thompson?

Funny thing, I don't remember Ray Allen being a pure shooter at U Conn....He was more of an athlete/scorer.

He forged himself into a pure shooter

H20 would be fukking monster in today's game. Dude"s midrange game was nothing short of godly. A fully healthy Allan Houston coupled with the pace and space of today's game coupled with his size would make him probably a top 10 player in today's game.

It's a good comparison of pure shooters when u compare Ray and Klay. Both have flawless shooting strokes that don't change no matter the distance.

It's just crazy because Klay is probably a top 5 shooter ever and he's only 5yrs deep in the league. And while that's not fair to the other great shooters that did it for years...Klay has reached shooting levels higher than anyone of them... and has put on legendary shooting exhibitions.

Ray is definitely the better player overall, but Klay might be more dynamic and explosive as a shooter. As blasphemous as that actually sounds...

I dunno, Klay a monster but Ray did it longer. It's legitimately a toss up imo.
