A certain negativity and ugliness follows Bron teams, and it comes from him and his camp. They're very good at using the media to sow discord and bring things to a crescendo that usually ends with someone getting traded or fired. This has proved to be very effective at times, but I don't think it can work anymore now than Bron is older. He thought he could waltz into LA, play the nice guy for a bit, and then trade folks for his desired megastar. It fell thru and now everything about Bron's game and character are being examined.

It's rare that Bron gets something 100% wrong, and he got this 100% wrong. He thought he could just do that same lazy bullshyt in the west and it would be all good. This is a different animal. The season is more of a grind in the west than the east, where you get multiple cupcake trips a week/month.You can't "activate" playoff mode and get a good seed. He needed to be dedicated for the whole season and that simply was not the case.

What happens next year when this team fails to bring another star to LA, and Bron once again goes out with this "young core" and plays sub 500 ball? Things could get ugly, especially if he continues to dabble in Hollywood shyt off the court.

This falls on Luke

The 1 year guys have given you the most you can expect from 1 year guys

Javale has been better than expected for a good amount of the season
Lance has a chance to hit 40% from 3 for the year
Rondo is Rondo

The pace of play in the first 2 months was excellent for this team then they went away from it. It was up to the coaching staff to figure out a way to get Bron running with the young kids and rest him as well. Luke played favorites all year and ran with cold hands.

Stop looking over your shoulder at what the guys you parted ways with our doing because it doesn’t correlate to what would have been going on in Los Angeles.

It’s a lazy take

AGAIN, LUKE HAD THE MOST IMPROVED TEAM IN THE LEAGUE IN HIS FIRST TWO SEASONS.....SO HOW DOES THIS FALL ON HIM? U THINK ITS A COINCIDENCE THAT THE TEAM TOOK A NOSEDIVE WHEN LEBRON CAME AROUND??

I told you all you need to know. Luke coached like a spiteful female. He played favorites and alienated more than one player throughout the season. There should have been a Vegas line on what his starting line up would look like night to night. This isn’t something I’m making up. He’s not good with managing personalities whatsoever. There are a plenty of coaches doing more with “less” in the league nowadays for me to throw him a bone. It just goes to show how it matters to be a company guy. Mark Jackson was a nightmare behind the scenes and people act like he wasn’t behind the cultivation of Golden State’s core now and Luke isn’t getting the most out of his guys but since he’s the front office wonder boy he gets over

The Truth
I do blame Magic but its hard to completely blame him

Lebron wanted to come here and Magic should’ve seen why but he trusted a thot and you can never trust a thot.

Lebron said all the good shyt you would want him to say in the beginning... we saw how all that went.

Trading him will be ideal. Honestly, I don’t think they will. If they get some good pieces and they mesh next year he will stay.

But if Lebron does fukk shyt to disrupt the new coach, star player, up and coming youngins, etc., like the bullshyt this year I think they will do what they can to dump him off.

They should do it now imo

BUT U KEEP IGNORING THAT HE HAD THE BEST IMPROVEMENT IN THE LEAGUE HIS FIRST TWO SEASONS

LANCE STEPHENSON AND MICHAEL BEASLEY, WHILE TALENTED, CAN BE SOME CLOWNS ...... HE DIDNT “ALIENATE” THEM ANY MORE THAN THEIR PREVIOUS COACHES DID. AND MANAGING A PERSONALITY LIKE LEBRON, WHO UNDERMINES U AT EVERY TURN, IS NOT THE EASIEST THING TO DO.

IM NOT SAYING LUKE IS PERFECT, BUT WE ALL SEEN WHAT HE COULD DO WIT SOME HIGH CHARACTER PLAYERS WHO RESPECT HIM IN THE PAST .. THIS TEAM TOOK ON THE PERSONALITY OF THEIR LEADER AND DIDNT HAVE ANY SEMBLANCE OF RESPECT FOR LUKE FROM THE JUMP.
