He offers A-isters top notch hoes and other things as part of a "concierge" service. Some concierge services offer cars, planes, boats, etc. also known as "lifestyle consultants"
while others like this dude offer more "black market" services......it's is already known Beiber likes prostitutes he was photo'd by one in Brazil while he was sleeping. Drake loves strippers he's always on TMZ or Mediafakeout seen with a new stripper....this dude offers hoes that will not try to snap pics or "expose" artists....so whenever an A-lister is in Cali or Vegas homie most likely facilitates things and makes sure the artist have a great time. Artists don't have the time to find hoes they are in and out of cities sometimes same day....plus general hoes can sue you or try to blackmail you....
This guy eliminates all negatives. So he is a great guy to have around if you are high profile and live an extremely busy lifestyle. In exchange he gets to hang with them and enter the entertainment circle and moonlights as a producer/artist this is where tax write-offs and financial loop holes come into play.....but they will co-sign to an extent cause they just kind of got to.
The only reason the US is really after him is because they can't tax it and they are mad. Prostitution is legal in some areas.
