Now breh you know better than this, you can be doing everything right as a heel but if the fans fukk with you, they're going to cheer you and it's not just the newer fans.
Off the top, Austin was getting cheered all the way through his feud with Bret which forced the double turn. Lesnar was also getting cheered way over Rock all the way into beating him for the title. Both of them were doing dastardly heel shyt but they weren't getting booed like they were supposed to, there's plenty of others too.

It’s hard for top tiers to not get cheered at some point because eventually the fans are just going to respect what they’re doing so much they are going to end up wanting to cheer for it.

I was gonna say HHH but even he was forced face during the Cena feud. Roman got cheered over everybody except for Sami, Jey, and Cody.
That doesn't track, at all because by that measure you're saying he's a better heel than the guys that got cheered. In reality, it's just a matter of audience reception and not a reflection on the quality of the character.
Now if you're going to try to argue that Christian is actually a better heel than Austin, Brock, Punk, etc. then I'm going to exit stage left and let you cook.

What great heel run did Austin even have? 01 wasn't great and 96-97 I wouldn't really count as a heel run.
