Rakim has the best flow ever no question bout it. Never heard him on a beat that he didnt just make it sound better because of his flow.Mixed with his voice i think noone was ever better that department real talk.

Kendrick flow is robotic at times. Same with Eminem. Like they are so determined to keep their rhyme scheme hitting the snare that the flow seems forced. Where as Biggie weaves in and out of the beat at will and with ease. His flow becomes an added instrument.

Same thing with Damian Marley and Krayzie. The flow is so musical it's another instrument. Damian Marley on Patience
