He didn't fully explain the link between the two, but allow me to do so, for people of this mindset, we only want have sex with women we are genuinely attracted to (as opposed to settling for a 4/5, just for the sake of a nut) AND we want the sex to come not necessarily at our command, but with minimal resistance, AKA us putting in low levels of effort/time for it. In other words, she wants it, we want it so we fukk after a brief hangout or quick lunch as opposed to texting for a week and a half, or a formal dinner.
Outside of top flight mouthpiece or being handsome gang, the only way to consistently get woman to give it up this easily is to have a good amount of disposable income. That's why he and I (as well as others of this mindset) would rather stack paper, because hos will come subsequently in the manner we want.
To tie it in to the p*ssy is overrated remark, from our perspective the fact that all of what was mentioned in the prior to paragraphs is true/has to be done is more effort than reward yielded p*ssy. It's not even guaranteed the girl got good p*ssy, or sex skills but it's a slam dunk that she will take some degree of effort/work/hassle, hence to us p*ssy is indeed overrated.
Again it's all perspective, can't speak to your experience (ie. what you consider effort/work for p*ssy or how much you enjoy p*ssy)
