It didn't seem that sloppy to me. That "cool hitman efficiently dispatches someone with two bullets to the head and calmly walks off" thing only happens in the movie. In real life when both the shooter and the victim are in a high adrenal state anything can happen.

For instance if you watch war footage you see even special forces soldiers move and act like clumsy, uncoordinated idiots during a real firefight. As opposed to a training video where everything looks smooth and impressive.

To me it looks like the driver fukked up, he stopped ahead of the car so his partner had to shoot at a difficult angle, then he jerked the car a couple of times while he was still shooting.
