Well if you can afford 2-3 stacks a month on rent- you can put an option on the house. maybe even rent it out for above market rent too.

I got all those things except I got 2 kids and my credit isn't that great. But I already got a nice house and car so what the fukk I need great credit for

I honestly could care less about staying in a good neighborhood if I didn't have any kids..

To me having dope things doesn't mean a whole lot without having somanybody I cared about to share them with i.e. family
